The Platform

Pilox provides software that helps businesses launch and operate their own online ordering and commerce platforms, including storefront, payments, logistics, and operations tools.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Acceptable Use

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, if any, are billed according to the package you select. Fees are described at checkout or in your subscription agreement. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as products, images, and store information). You grant Pilox a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the Services for you.

Third-Party Services

The Services may connect to third-party providers such as payment gateways and logistics partners. Those providers have their own terms. Pilox is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

The Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
